How do I Get Started?

It's easy. Follow three (3) quick steps below and you are on your way to start connecting and protecting your family on the mobile phones.

1. Activate Phone

To activate your phone you need to install ZimAgent on the phone. Check text message (SMS) on your phone for a link to download the ZimAgent. Click on the URL to start downloading. Once the download is complete, installation will start automatically. Follow the instructions on the phone to complete the installation.

Click OK and you are ready to monitor the phone.

2.Login to ZimPlace

Login to ZimPlace using the e-mail address you used for your registration. Then go to Main Tab

3.Upload Phone Data

To start reviewing and monitoring your child's phone usage, click on the Pull buttom for the information that you want to upload and view.

If you make any changes to Address Book or Calendar and want to update the phone, click on the Push buttom associate with the content.
